Do I need an individual membership if I already have a Fac/Staff/Retiree Supplemental or Family membership?

No, you do not need to purchase an Individual Membership since you already have a Supplemental or Family membership.

If I already have a retiree membership, do I need to purchase a Retiree Membership?

No. Anyone with a retiree membership before July 1, 2023, will not need to purchase a membership. After July 1, 2023, all retirees must buy a Retiree membership to use the Campus Recreation facilities.

Can I purchase my Faculty/Staff/Retiree membership online?

Not at this time. All Faculty, Staff, and Retirees must purchase memberships in-person at the Membership Services Desk. Please click here for Membership Services hours of operation.

Can I use a promotion or discount if I pay with payroll deduction?

No. To utilize a promotion or discount, you must pay for an annual membership with a check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. We do not take cash payments.

Is there a discount for part-time faculty or staff?

All NKU faculty and staff, regardless of full-time or part-time status, must pay the same membership rate.

How can I enroll for a CRC membership with payroll deductions?

To initiate payroll deduction, please visit the membership desk and complete the required form. Please bring your NKU allcard and driver's license.

How can I make changes or cancel payroll deductions?

For any changes or cancellations to payroll deduction, stop by the membership desk at least two weeks prior to the next payroll deduction and complete the appropriate form. Please bring your NKU allcard.
