Guidelines for On-Campus Groups

(Pertains to groups 1, 2, and 3) Student, faculty, and staff group functions, including academic, social, and recreational activities, shall have first priority. Second priority shall be given to meetings of a professional and semi-professional nature that are related to the work of the University and will involve academic resources of the University.

University employees acting beyond the scope of their employment will be charged rental fees.
