    The Conference Management and Event Services Office is experienced in matching conference guests' needs with the many styles of overnight accommodations at Northern Kentucky University. With over 1,400 beds, Northern Kentucky University has plenty to offer for all price ranges to camps and conferences alike.

    Campus Recreation

    The Campus Recreation Center is a great place for a wide array of events. The building has a large indoor pool with multiple lap lanes as well as a diving well; multiple volleyball or basketball courts depending on your needs; and numerous customizable studio rooms.


  • NKU Student Union

    Student Union

    The James C. and Rachel M. Votruba Student Union is a conference venue located directly across the street from a public parking garage. The Union has numerous meeting room spaces and a large ballroom to host events. The ballroom can hold up to 500 for a banquet; 600+ for theater style seating and the ability to be customized to fit your specific needs. The Student Union also has a full service food court that includes a Starbucks.


  • Greaves Concert Hall

    Greaves Concert Hall

    Greaves Concert Hall is a concert venue located within the Fine Arts Center. With exceptional acoustics and a seating capacity of over 650, the space is one of Northern Kentucky's premiere performing facilities. Greaves is equipped with professional lighting, recording equipment, and two 9-ft. grand pianos on stage (Steinway and Baldwin).

    University Center

    The University Center has a ballroom that can fit 200 at round tables and is home to the Otto M. Budig Theater. The Otto M. Budig Theater is an auditorium which can hold up to 250 at one time. The theater has a built in sound system with projection capabilities. The University Center also has conference rooms to host your next retreat.

    Griffin Hall

    Griffin Hall is an innovative place to collaborate, program and present. At the heart of Griffin Hall is the George and Ellen Rieveschl Digitorium, a 120-seat reconfigurable auditorium with a floor-to-ceiling digital media wall. This state-of-the-art IT facility helps to maintain its designation as an IUSA/Homeland Security Center of Excellence in Cyber Defense Education. It is also NKU's first LEED certified building, having achieved Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.


  • Health Innovation Center

    Health Innovation Center

    The Health Innovation Center is the university's newest built facility. The space has wonderful open areas for group use as well as large meeting rooms to facility programs. The center houses simulation spaces, clinical and nursing skill suites and imaging suites in addition to classrooms for external use.


  • NKU Volleyball Court

    Athletic Facilities

    Northern KEntucky University has seven facilities dedicated to Norse athletics. These include the BB&T Arena, the Soccer Stadium, Regents Hall, the Bill Aker Baseball Complex, the Frank Ignatius Grein Softball Field, the Valhalla Cross Country Course, and the tennis courts.

    There are numerous classrooms available to rent for breakout spaces or camps. Computer labs are also available upon request.
