Losing a member of Norse Nation is difficult, and we are here to help as best we can.

Any person connected to a deceased student can be affected. The Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management and the Dean of Students work to support those impacted by coordinating resources, care, and the university’s response to such losses.

When an enrolled student, paused student, or alumni passes away, NKU seeks to honor the family's goals for remembering the student and respect to the student's successes and contributions to the campus community.

If any member of the extended NKU community becomes aware that an enrolled student, paused student, or alumni has passed away, we ask that you please provide us with more information so we may honor the family’s wishes for remembering the student.
