Reminder: GradFair // NKU Bookstore

Tuesday, February 27, and February 28, 10 AM – 4 PM

Why Attend:

• Have the chance to win free regalia (cap and gown) or a diploma frame.
• Sit for graduation or professional portraits by GradImages
  
• Buy regalia, order graduation announcements and/or class ring.
• Confirm the spelling of your name and check your mailing address for your diploma.
• Undergraduates - pick up your university honors cords (if applicable, undergraduates only).
• Learn about NKU Alumni benefits.
• Talk to Graduate Education and Career Services team members.
• Browse the NKU Bookstore’s display of graduation gifts and other items.
• Get answers to all your commencement questions!

If you can't attend:

No worries: attendance at Grad Fair is not required to participate in the commencement ceremony.

• Undergraduate and master’s regalia, non-custom doctorial regalia, announcements, diploma frames, and class rings may be ordered online at the Herff Jones website through April 3. The above regalia and diploma frames can be purchased in the NKU Bookstore through May 5.
• For qualifying undergraduates, university honors cords will be available to pick up at your college dean’s office between Feb. 29 and May 3, and at commencement on May 5.  Don’t know who your dean is? Find out here! Don’t know what college you are in? Find out here! 
• To check the spelling of your name on your diploma: go to the myNKU portal, Student Self-Service tab, and select “Apply for Graduation.” More detailed instructions can be found here. Questions? Email registrar@nku.edu.

Commencement Information: Visit www.nku.edu/commencement for the most up-to-date information about the commencement ceremonies, including guest policies and seating, accessibility and parking, social media cover photos, FAQ and more.

• Start planning for your ceremony
• The required regalia pieces for bachelor degree candidates are a cap, gown and tassel.
• Master candidates must also have a hood and tassel in the color corresponding to the field of study.
• Doctoral regalia must be specially ordered. Doctoral candidates should have received order  information from their program director.
