Northern Kentucky University offers scholarships that signify our commitment to international students and expresses our strong desire to diversify the university population. Below are the scholarships we offer to current NKU international students who have met the minimum one-year NKU enrollment requirement.

The “Ted and Mary Weiss International Student Endowed Scholarship” is an annual award for international students. The purpose is to recognize outstanding leadership and contributions to the integration of international students and international awareness at NKU. International Student & Scholar Services will convene a committee to select 2 recipients. The award includes a $500 scholarship and a certificate.

Axol Science Scholarship | Axol Bioscience is inviting applications for a science scholarship for graduate or undergraduate degree programs. The degree program/research area must be in a life science field with a ‘wet-lab’ component (bench-based research such as molecular or cell biology). Manier-Peak Scholarship | The Manier-Peak Scholarship is sponsored by Rotarians in District 6740 to provide emergency funding ranging from a few hundred dollars to a maximum of $1,000 to any international student attending an accredited college or university within the district. | up to $1,000 | |

Progressive Automations Annual Scholarship | Progressive Automations gives away $1,000 in scholarships to two (2) engineering students each year. Our goal is to promote education in the field of engineering and make it more accessible to young students. | April | $1,000 |
