Business Warehouse (BW)

What is Business Warehouse?

Business Warehouse, or BW, is the SAP data warehouse tool used for generating reports based on current or historical data of financial, human resources, and campus management information. The information in BW is updated daily; it is near real-time information. BW reports can be accessed through the BEx Web Analyzer Business Explorer tab. Your user roles or permissions in BW determine the sets of queries to which you have access.

Reports are available for FI (Financial Accounting), HR (Human Resources), and CM (Student Information) processes.  Please use the following subpages as aids to guide you as you use the system:
