Updates to some personal information can be made at any time during the year via the Personal Information link from the Employee Self-Service (ESS) tab in myNKU. Employees can change addresses, phone numbers, bank information for direct deposit, names of family members/dependents, and on-campus communication data (building, room, and office phone number).

Security: Granted to all faculty, staff, and student employees upon activation.
