Processes in the HCM module are used to record and track personnel management functions. HCM processes, policies and data are administered by the
Office of Human Resources and
Payroll department, with consultation from the
Office of the Provost for faculty personnel management, the
Office of Student Financial Assistance for student employment, as well as the
Office of the Comptroller and
Grants and Contracts Administration for the financial aspects. Examples of HCM functions include viewing salary statements, updating selected personal and direct deposit information, annual enrollment for benefits, entry of Personnel Action Requests (PARs), time administration, and enterprise compensation management (ECM).
