Subject: Strategic Planning Update
Dear Colleagues,
Fall is in the air, and work on developing our next university strategic plan is underway!
Following a call for nominations in the Spring, a team was selected to lead our strategic planning process. This group represents a cross-section of the university and brings a diverse range of perspectives and experiences, and we are grateful for their ongoing service. As we move through this process, we will provide formal opportunities for engagement, but we also encourage you to seek out these individuals with any additional input.

Ø Wednesday, October 9, 2-3 p.m. in SU 104
Academic Excellence and Student Success: How can we create a student-ready learning environment that holistically supports all students and prepares them for future jobs?
Ø Thursday, October 10, 2-3 p.m. in SU 104
Ø Friday, October 11, 11 a.m.-noon in SU 104
Regional Connections, Community & Civic Engagement: How can we take advantage of our strategic location to provide students with unique opportunities for engagement and career development?

Ø Thursday, October 17, 11 a.m.-noon in SU 104
Your input is crucial in ensuring that the strategic plan reflects the diverse perspectives and needs of our community. The forums outlined are intended for faculty and staff and will be available in a hybrid format (links for remote participation will be sent at a later date). Additional forums intended for students will be announced shortly.
Please note that there will be additional opportunities available to make your voice heard. More information on the planning process can be found on the strategic planning website.
We look forward to hearing your thoughts and joining us as we build our vision for the future!
All the best and Go Norse!
