Community Mental Health Center is a provider of comprehensive mental health services, CMHC provides the community 24-hour access to an on-call therapist. Women Helping Women empowers survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence and stalking by providing advocacy, support and options for safety and educates the community to create social change.
Trained volunteers and staff provide free and confidential services to survivors of rape, sexual assault, sexual harassment and to their family and friends. Services include 24 hour crisis line, hospital accompaniment, emotional support, emergency referrals, peer counseling, and accompaniment to police interviews, prosecutor meetings and court proceedings.

S.O.A.R. (Survivors of Abuse Recovery) at the Family Nurturing Center.
S.O.A.R. is a 12 week program serving adults who have experienced childhood sexual abuse victimization. Weekly groups will focus on helping participants recognize feelings, identify the impact of their sexual victimization on their current functioning, create new and healthy coping strategies to lessen the impact of the victimization on their day to day functioning, develop effective communication skills for healthy relationships, and create strategies to avoid re-victimization.
