Rose joined NKU's Health, Counseling and Student Wellness in 2014. In 2023, St. Elizabeth Physicians aquired Health Services and retained Rose as they recognized her knowledge and experience in working with college students. Prior to coming to NKU, Rose had over 19 years of experience in college health and occupational health at the University of Cincinnati. She enjoys the variety and diversity that a college health setting provides and has grown the health services offered on campus for NKU students, faculty and staff.

Tracy Coffman took over as the Operations Manager of SEP NKU Health Clinic in September 2025. Tracy has been with St. Elizabeth since 1998 when she joined the St. Elizabeth Sports Medicine Department after graduating from Thomas More College in 1997. She began working as the athletic trainer at Highlands High School in 2000 and spent that time taking care of the athletes for all sports before transitioning to a manager role at St. Elizabeth Physicians. She currently manages 4 departments within St. Elizabeth Physicians and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Tracy is an avid traveler and loves scrapbooking and spending time with her husband and two children.

Lisa joined NKU's Health, Counseling & Student Wellness in 2021. In 2023 she transitioned to St. Elizabeth Physicians. Lisa also serves as a part-time clinical faculty for the NKU School of Nursing. Lisa brings years of experience as a Public Health Nurse with the Northern Kentucky Health Department. She likes to educate students, faculty and staff about self-care and help them reach their wellness goals.

Kristie started at NKU in August 2025. She previously worked at SEP Highland Hts, Primary Care. Kristie is a married mother of 5 children, a dog, and a "Mimi" to 3 beautiful babies. Her hobbies include spending time with my family and reading. (she's sort of a book worm!) In her spare time, Kristie is a Registered Medical Assistant with over 20 years' experience in the medical field, bringing her talents to NKU. Her goal is to become a registered nurse.

Amber started at NKU in November 2025. She previously worked at SEP Heart and Vascular. When she is not working, Amber keeps busy with her 3 dogs and 3 cats. She also enjoys going to craft shows and watching baseball and hockey games. Amber is also planning her upcoming wedding.
