A good way to brand your organization’s name and position on campus is to host an information table in the Student Union. This option is effective for positions exhibiting one or more of the following characteristics:
The Student Union receives heavy traffic and provides an excellent location to showcase an organization and increase visibility on campus. This branding technique is particularly productive during the fall when NKU sees an influx of new students.
We recommend the lunchtime hours of 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., Tuesday – Thursday.
Hold a presentation to connect in-depth with students and faculty. These sessions offer a way to disseminate more information regarding:
Sessions can be done in conjunction with on-campus interviewing or on their own. We recommend allowing faculty to attend as they can assist in directing students toward your opportunity. We also suggest a 4-week lead-time to allow target marketing of the position or organization and a scheduling buffer.
