Eligibility: Must be a degree-seeking student and maintain satisfactory progress. Must be currently placed in foster care or was in foster care prior to being adopted; or was in the custody of the Cabinet for Families and Children or the Department of Juvenile Justice on his/her 18th birthday. Student must also complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Student must enter school no later than four years after the date of graduation from high school.
