Army ROTC Scholarships

Army ROTC Scholarships are awarded based on a student's merit and grades, not financial need. Scholarships pay 100% tuition and educational fees at NKU for either two, three, or four years. Scholarship recipients also receive $1,200 per year for books, plus $300-$500 stipend per month for living expenses.

Northern Kentucky University students enroll for Army ROTC through a special partnership agreement with Xavier University Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps(ROTC) Program. Air Force ROTC Scholarships

Air Force ROTC Detachment 665 at the University of Cincinnati, in cooperation with NKU, provide the opportunity for qualified students to enroll in the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) Commissioning Program.

Scholarships can pay up to 100% tuition and educational fees at NKU for either three or four year programs. Scholarship recipients also receive $900 per year for books, plus $300-$450 stipend per month for living expenses ($300 freshman, increasing $50 each year).
