Power Plant, HVAC, and Electrical Systems:

Power Plant:

• Provide steam and chilled water to maintain appropriate temperatures during occupied and non-occupied periods.

• Monitor the buildings' conditions and dispatch the appropriate personnel upon receiving alarms or phone calls.

• Provide a twenty-four hour / seven day per week contact point for all operations and maintenance issues.

Electrical:

• Repair, maintain and install electrical systems throughout the campus including all exit and emergency lighting.
• Repair and maintain fire alarm systems, campus clock systems and performs renovations to offices and classrooms.
• Maintain the emergency callbox system throughout the campus to provide a safe environment.

HVAC Department:

• Provide service, installation and preventative maintenance for all HVAC equipment of the university.
• Respond to all after-hour emergency calls such as fire, plumbing, electrical, elevator and HVAC.
