The University Housing Operation & Maintenance group is committed to providing a comfortable, safe and supportive environment to all of our students, staff and visitors. We provide all services to insure that residential buildings are maintained and kept in good working order. Our services include but are not limited to: housekeeping, floor care, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting and general maintenance.
