Student Self-Service Billing Menu

Due to the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) parents and other third parties cannot gain access to a student's financial records without authorization from the student.  To simplify student authorization, NKU offers the NKU Authorized User Payment Portal.  The authorized user portal allows students to grant access to as many third parties as they choose.  These guest users can then view the student's financial statements and make payments on the account.  The student grants and has the right to rescind that access at any time. 

If you are the student and would like to grant this access to a third party, on the above menu, select Register Authorized Payers.

When the Register Authorized Payer menu comes up you can choose to Add a new Authorized User, Edit Name/Email, Change Password or Change the Date the Authorization is Valid To.  If you have never entered an Authorized User Click Add a new Authorized User and it will bring up the screen you see above.  Please note that all fields MUST be complete in order for the Authorization to be sent to the Authorized User's email so that they have the information they need to log in.
