Welcome to the Northern Kentucky University Police Department's on-line crime tips form.  While this crime tip is sent directly to University Police, the tips may not be immediately reviewed.  If this is an EMERGENCY or the crime you wish to report is in progress call the NKU Police Department at 911 or (859) 572-7777.  Please note that filling out this form is NOT the same as making a formal police report.  To make such a report, please call University Police at (859) 572-5500.  

1. This form is used for those individuals of the Northern Kentucky University community who do not wish to provide University Police with information and do not wish to do so in person.
2. Please use this form only to report crimes that occurred on property owned, rented, or leased by Northern Kentucky University.
3. Please complete as many lines of this report as you possibly can.
