The Higher Education Opportunity Act, reauthorized in 2008 added additional provisions for which higher education institutions must provide public disclosure. Institutional Research has put together some of the required disclosures here on this website.
In addition, in the State of Kentucky with the implementation of greater transparency in government, KY has asked public institutions of higher education to post certain data for public disclosure purposes.
Institutional Research collaborates with several departments on campus in order to meet the mandates; however, Institutional Research is not the sole owner of the data or the disclosures. This website has the disclosures for which Institutional Research provides data. There are additional disclosures that are housed in other areas of the institution.
