It’s almost time to take that final walk across the stage to get your diploma.
For most of you, this is your first time graduating from Northern Kentucky University. It’s important to be prepared. Here are a few tips to help you get through the day.
Don’t forget your cap and gown. That might sound obvious, but make sure you're ready to go and free of wrinkles! You can decorate your cap to add a little bit more to your outfit.
Comfort is everything. Wear comfy shoes. Heels are great, but it's usually better to go with flats.
Dress for success. Wear something nice underneath your gown. You’ll feel more put together and confident walking across the stage.
Don't get bogged down. Give any valuables you don’t want to carry to mom, dad or a loved one! It’ll be one less thing to worry about.
Don't rush. Get there early! Doors open an hour before start time for both ceremonies.
