"Open to the public! The Green Zone Brigade Take-over day of NKU is scheduled for March 23, 2023 from 1 pm - 5 pm.
It is open to all military, veterans and their families and will include a resource fair, VA benefits brief, SAVE Training, Campus Tour, a special Armed Forces Themed Choir, a Planetarium Event and retreat. This event is FREE! - First 150 visitiors will receive a "Welcome Bag!"
Our country’s veteran community are amazingly dedicated, disciplined, selfless and talented, and the student veterans at Northern Kentucky University are no exception! Our veterans have selflessly served our country and have chosen to return to school in order to further their education and continue their service to society.

There are a variety of ways in which our community can help our student veteran be successful. Consider mentoring, volunteering, resume reviews, service projects, hiring and/or a donation is always appreciated and used for engagment and programs. Located in the Student Success Center (UC 131), the station’s mission is to be a one-stop liaison that fosters a community to provide, facilitate, and coordinate programs and services for our veterans, military affiliated students, faculty and staff in accomplishing their goals.
