NKU Testing Services is an authorized test center for Scantron, formally Castle Worldwide. Scantron provides examination delivery, design, and development services to certification and licensure organizations, government agencies, corporations, educational institutions, and trade and professional associations.

National Counselor Examination

NKU Testing Services is an authorized test center for the National Counselor Examination for Licensure and Certification (NCE). This exam is a 200-item multiple-choice examination designed to assess knowledge, skills and abilities determined to be important for providing effective counseling services. The NCE is a requirement for counselor licensure in many states and for the National Certified Counselor (NCC) certification.
