Free CLEP with Modern States

Modern States Education Alliance, a nonprofit organization dedicated to making college affordable and attainable, offers free online courses in all CLEP subjects. Modern States is paying the CLEP exam fee and scheduling fee for students who enroll in the courses and take the exams.

 

With CLEP exams, students earn college credit for what they know — saving time and money. You can prepare using Modern States Education Alliance free online CLEP courses.

 

Courses, textbooks and materials are free; all you need are internet access and your own desire to learn. 

 

Steps to Free Opportunity to Earn College Credit:

  1. Sign up for a CLEP course at modernstates.org.
  2. Complete coursework and practice questions.
  3. Obtain voucher for free CLEP test from Modern States.
  4. Create CLEP account at clep.collegeboard.com and enter free voucher to redeem.
  5. Register for a CLEP exam through NKU’s Office of Testing Services.
  6. Submit CLEP test center registration receipt to Modern States for a reimbursement check.
