Dairy Queen: Most Dairy Queen locations offer military discounts. The amount varies by location but may be as high as 50% off for members who show up in uniform. 

Chick-fil-A: Many Chick-fil-A locations offer 10% discounts, always check with the store first. Typically, you must present a valid military ID.

Smokin' This and That: Smokin' This and That located at 10020 Demia Way Florence, KY 41042 is owned and operated by Guy Cummins a retired Marine Corp veteran. They offer 20% discount for all military in uniform, and 10% discount for all veterans. 

Outback Steakhouse: Outback Steakhouse offers 10% discounts periodically and some participating locations offer 10% off year around for military personnel. Always ask! 

Home and Garden Discounts:

Home Depot: A year-round 10% discount up to a maximum $500 at all U.S. locations to active duty personnel, reservists, retired or disabled veterans and their immediate families. Must present a valid military ID. A 10% discount is also offered to all other military veterans on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and Veterans Day. Note: Many Home Depots are reported to provide a Veterans 10% discount year-round. 

Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores: Military service members and their eligible family members can receive a 10% discount. Present proof of your military service, past or present, or a Military Dependent ID upon checkout to receive discount. Offer includes regular, sale-priced and even clearance items.

Lowes: Lowes offers a regular 10% military discount to active duty military members and Retired Veterans, or VA Recipients. This 10% discount is also extended to the immediate family of those who are currently serving, Retired Veterans, or VA Recipients. Lowes honors all Veterans on three specific holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July and Veterans Day. During these three holiday weekends, Lowes extends the discount to all veterans who served honorably and who present a valid Form DD214 or other proof of service. 

Pottery Barn: Active duty, military retirees, and their families may receive a 15% discount on their entire in-store purchase. Offer valid in-store only, and excludes prior purchases, gift cards, taxes or shipping & processing fees. Please show valid military ID or family ID card. 

Sears: Every day, active, reserve and retired military personnel receive 20% off regular priced tools and an extra 5% off of sale priced tools with a valid military ID. 

Williams-Sonoma: Active duty and retired military personnel and their dependents may receive a 15% discount (10% discount on electrics). Offer valid in-store only, and excludes prior purchases, gift cards, taxes or shipping & processing fees. Please show valid military ID or family ID card. 

Yankee Candle: Military personnel and immediate family receive 10 percent discount. Present a valid form of military ID at checkout in retail and outlet stores. For online orders, military should email or fax a copy of their order confirmation to info@yankeecandle.com to receive the discount. 

Clothing & Shoe Discounts: 

Aeropostale: Get 10% off on all purchases, valid in any Aeropostale store nationwide. 

Champion.com: Active duty, military veterans, and their dependents may receive 10% off their order after verifying their military affiliation through Troop ID. 

Columbia Sportswear: Columbia offers a 10 percent military discount on online orders. Offer is valid for active duty military, retirees, veterans, military spouses, and dependents. Verification is completed using Troop ID. Veterans may also present a valid military ID to receive discount in store. 

Nike: Active, retired, reservist US military personnel and their families get 10% off in Nike-owned stores including Nike Stores, Nike Factory Stores, Nike Town and Nike Women in the US and Puerto Rico. Present a valid US military ID for verification. 

Old Navy: Every Monday Old Navy gives you 10% off your total purchase with valid Military ID! Just show your ID at check-out for your savings! 

Rack Room Shoes: 10% military discount to active duty military personnel and their dependents every Tuesday plus on Memorial Day, Independence Day and Veterans Day. 

Torrid: Military members receive a 10% discount in Torrid stores or by calling to place an order with a Torrid Personal Shopper. 

Under Armour Online & In-Store Military Discount: Purchase online, on the Shop App or present a valid US military ID at any Under Armour store and get a 10% off on your purchase. 

Travel and Hotel Discounts: 

Allegiant Air: Military personnel and their spouses or dependents who provide valid I.D. are eligible for free services including: Free 3 pieces of checked baggage, free oversized checked baggage, 1 free carry-on bag, free boarding pass printing, free seat assignments, 1 free pet in cabin, an free priority boarding. 

American Airlines Cargo: Ship your pets for 50% less than the regular published rates. Active members of the US military forces as well as their dependents may avail of this discount, which applies to animal shipping for personal use only. 

KOA Campgrounds: Most KOA campgrounds offer a military discount between 5% and 15% off the regular price. Check with your specific campground to find out the discount it offers. 

La Quinta Inns & Suites: While it does not publish its military rates, La Quinta Inns & Suites advertises special rates for members of the military who provide a valid ID. Choose the government rate option when booking online. 

Marriott Hotels: Find out how much you can save in hotel rates under Marriott’s Military Per Diem Rate Qualification Guidelines. 

Disney Cruise Lines: In honor of the brave men and women who serve this country, Disney Cruise Line is proud to offer special military rates on select Disney cruises. 

Disney Parks: Spend a magical day with your loved ones with discounted rates on rooms and admission tickets in Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort. Active military and spouses, retired military, National Guard and Reservists and their families are eligible for this discount. Beaches by Sandals: U.S and Canada Military members and their families save an extra 10% at Beaches resorts. 

Cedar Point Amusement Park (Sandusky, OH): Active, retired and honorably discharged veterans of the Military receive discounted all-day admission. Please buy online and be prepared to present a valid Military ID at the Gate. There are also Military Appreciation Days with other discounts available. Check the website for events but typically they are around Memorial Day and the 4th of July. 

Columbus Zoo & Aquarium (Powell, OH): Military members and families receive $2 off up to 6 tickets by presenting a valid military ID. 

Great Wolf Lodge & Indoor Water Park (Cincinnati-Mason, OH): Great Wolf Lodge, with suites and an indoor water park offers up to 20% off for Armed Forces personnel. Book online using the offer code HEROES. A valid ID or badge is required at check in. Police, Fire and EMS workers can also take advantage of this discount. 

Mad River Mountain (Zanesfield, OH): Discounted lift ticket and rentals for active duty, active military spouse, active military dependent ages 18 and under and retired military. Military ID required. Plus get a free group lesson every day. 

Pro Football Hall of Fame (Canton, OH): The Pro Football Hall of Fame admits active duty military members at a discount of $5 off regular admission price. Veterans receive $3 off the regular admission price. 

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (Cleveland, OH): Military members with ID get into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame at the discounted rate of $19 a ticket.
