Education students and graduates:

You are invited to attend the Southwest Ohio/Northern Kentucky Education Career Fair! This event is a collaboration between several area universities and is a large event with 100+ employers. Registered employers represent many Ohio and Northern Kentucky school districts, plus organizations from many other states.

Southwest Ohio/Northern Kentucky Education Career Fair

  • March 2025 (exact date TBD), 8:30 am-5:00 pm ET
    • 8:30 am: Candidate Check-in 
    • 9:15-9:30 am - Candidate Orientation
    • 9:30-11:30 am - Networking Session
    • Lunch items available for purchase
    • 12:20-5 pm - Interviews (as scheduled during Networking Session)
  • Location: Xavier University's Cintas Center (free parking in C-2 lot) - click here for directions
  • Students/Candidates must attend the morning Networking Session to schedule afternoon interviews.  Students/Candidates do not need to attend the entire afternoon of interviews, only their scheduled appointments.
  • The Southwest Ohio/Northern Kentucky Education Career Fair is a collaborative event presented by NKU, University of Cincinnati, Wright State University, Mount St. Joseph University, Wilmington College, and Xavier University.

Why attend the Southwest Ohio/Northern Kentucky Education Career Fair:

  • Teacher and school counselor positions.
  • A way for schools and districts to meet large numbers of students and vice versa.
  • A chance for students to network with school and district personnel by presenting themselves professionally and handing out their resumes.
  • Opportunity for representatives to talk about their schools and districts.
  • A great way for students to ask questions about careers and job opportunities.
  • Employers and candidates conduct brief in-person interviews on-site!

AAEE Virtual Career Fair for Teachers

The American Association for Employment in Education (AAEE) is hosting virtual career fairs to connect teacher candidates with employment opportunities nationwide!
