The ACUHO-I Summer Conference Coordinator must have a Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education and must be enrolled in a graduate program at a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
Preferred qualifications include experience in Residence Life, experience with Customer Service/Guest Care, exemplary time management and administrative skills, and have demonstrated strengths, including supervision of student staff; leadership and professional development; organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to be flexible and adjust to rapidly changing situations; strong communication, both interpersonal and intrapersonal; strong work ethic; self-motivation and demonstrated initiative; and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
