Certification Process

Veterans Benefit Request Form is required for *all* veterans and dependents each semester they wish to have their enrollment certified with the VA. Click the button above to access and fill out the Veteran's Benefit Request Form.

This includes the following benefits:

  • Montgomery GI Bill - Active Duty - CH 30
  • Vocational Rehabilitation - CH 31
  • Post 9-11 GI Bill - CH 33
  • Survivor/Dependent Education Assistance - CH 35
  • Montgomery GI Bill - Selected Reserve - CH 1606 
  • Reserve Assistance Education Program (REAP) - CH 1607

Priority deadline for submitting your Veterans Benefit request form is listed below:

Fall Semester

August 1st
Spring Semester December 1st

Summer Semester

June 1st

Please be aware that if you submit your Veterans Benefit request form late, there will be a delay in receiving your veteran's benefits!

If you make ANY schedule changes you will need to submit a Schedule Change Form each time you make a schedule change!
