Arms & Abs 

Focus on upper body and core strength with this class. This class is a great addition for those wanting to learn more upper body strength exercises.  

Beginner Yoga 

This class will help you build a solid foundation in your yoga practice. Modifications and choices will be offered to allow you to succeed in a safe and supportive environment. 

Cardio Sculpt

The ultimate cardio and strength workout! Incorporates interval training to keep your heart rate elevated and gives you a full body strength workout at the same time. 

Classic Circuit 

Like High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), this class utilizes a station format to keep you engaged. Rest periods are limited to promote muscular and cardiovascular endurance.  

Core & More 

This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving overall posture! Through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles, this specialty class can also help with overall mobility and flexibility. 

Cycling

A motivating group environment, intense training and music that begs your legs to pedal. You’ll find yourself having a blast while you ride your way to a leaner, stronger body. 

Full Body Bootcamp 

In need of that extra gear to make your workouts more intense? Join this specialty fitness class that incorporates compound movements, intense cardio formats, and more to help spice up your fitness routine! 

Guided Stretching 

Recovery starts here. Your body will thank you after taking this full-body stretching class. Dynamic and static stretching will be done to increase flexibility and range of motion.  

Hatha Yoga 

This class offers an introduction to the basics of Hatha yoga. Fundamental postures, breathwork, and relaxation techniques are introduced. Expect a slow pace and detailed instructions. No yoga experience necessary. 

TRX 

Learn how to utilize one of the highest-rated pieces of weight room equipment in this total body workout! By adjusting your body angle with the TRX, you can control the amount of resistance and intensity of the workout. Encouraged for all fitness levels.

Kettlebell Xpress 

Kettlebell Xpress uses functional compound exercises that work multiple muscle groups while simultaneously developing strength and muscular endurance. This specialty class offering provides a truly vigorous full body workout! 

Lower Body Strength 

A weight-focused class focusing entirely on the lower body! Join this strength class where dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells and much more will be utilized to build a strong and stable lower body. 

Mid-Week Meditation 

This 30-minute meditation class will help ease tension and stress and allow you to experience greater clarity of mind and peace of heart. Various meditation and relaxation techniques are explored in our class. This class is open to all! 

Total Body Strength 

Total Body Strength is a high-energy workout designed to target all major muscle groups using a variety of exercises, such as weightlifting, bodyweight movements, and resistance training. The class focuses on building strength and endurance while enhancing overall fitness. With a combination of compound exercises and functional movements, participants will improve their power, stability, and coordination in a supportive, motivating environment. 

Turn Up Dance Fitness 

Turn Up Dance Fitness is a high-energy, HIIT hip-hop inspired dance class. You will be encouraged to live loudly, dance ruthlessly, and evolve unapologetically. Open and inclusive to all levels of fitness! 

Upper Body Strength 

A weight-focused focusing entirely on the upper body! Prepare for your shoulders, chest, arms & more to feel the burn in this strength-class offering. 

Vin to Yin Yoga 

Vin to Yin Yoga blends the strength and heat building aspects of a vinyasa flow with the soothing and relaxation parts of yin yoga. In this class you'll move through fun and creative flows at the beginning of class and ease down to your mat with some props to relax and rest your mind! 

Small Group Training 

TRX Bootcamp 

Challenge yourself and try something new. This class will take you through a series of strength circuits on the TRX® Suspension Trainer®, an integrated fitness training system that will be sure to test your strength and balance. Cardio drills may also be incorporated to get your heart racing. Each class is a new workout with a similar structure. Learn a totally new way to train! 

Functional Fitness 

Functional Fitness is a type of strength training that prepares your body for daily activities. You'll engage in exercises similar to activities of daily life, such as squatting, pushing, and pulling. Key variables will be evaluated and the beginning and end to show progress! 

Beginner Balance & Stability 

Build a solid foundation of core strength and joint mobility to improve your balance in everyday activities. This class focuses on low-impact exercises that target stability muscles, enhance coordination, and improve posture. Engage in exercises that strengthen the core, legs, and back, helping to improve your overall balance, stability, and confidence.
