TRX Bootcamp
Challenge yourself and try something new. This class will take you through a series of strength circuits on the TRX® Suspension Trainer®, an integrated fitness training system that will be sure to test your strength and balance. Cardio drills may also be incorporated to get your heart racing. Each class is a new workout with a similar structure. Learn a totally new way to train!
Functional Fitness
Functional Fitness is a type of strength training that prepares your body for daily activities. You'll engage in exercises similar to activities of daily life, such as squatting, pushing, and pulling. Key variables will be evaluated and the beginning and end to show progress!
Learn to Lift
This program is designed to teach participants the foundations of strength training and movement mechanics. A Certified Personal Trainer will provide structured guidance and resources to help you become confident with barbell movements, such as back squat, bench press, and deadlift. This program utilizes InBody Tests to track progress, enabling participants to receive one free InBody Test at the start of the program, and one free InBody Test at the end of the program (valued at $40 for Students and $60 for Members).
Beginner Balance & Stability
Build a solid foundation of core strength and joint mobility to improve your balance in everyday activities. This class focuses on low-impact exercises that target stability muscles, enhance coordination, and improve posture. Engage in exercises that strengthen the core, legs, and back, helping to improve your overall balance, stability, and confidence.
