After the conclusion of the spring semester, Steely Library personnel, resources, and services will be temporarily relocating to the Landrum Academic Building. This 10-month relocation is due to forthcoming upgrades and updates to our heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system.
To help keep campus up to date, we have published a webpage that will share the latest information on the building closure and relocation. In addition to the webpage, we have also published a series of frequently asked questions, based on conversations we had with campus colleagues this fall. We will continue to update our FAQs as we learn more and hear from campus. If after reviewing our webpage and FAQs you cannot find the answer you need, please share your question with us through our Library Relocation form.
As Steely Library personnel plan for this relocation, we invite our campus colleagues to help us prepare for this move. If you do not share your request with us before March 20, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to bring your requested items over to Landrum. We appreciate your collaboration this spring as we prepare for our relocation. We will continue to share updates with campus through news stories, blurbs in the Academic Affairs Update newsletter, and through more targeted communication with campus stakeholders. We also invite your questions on this relocation through our Library Relocation form.
