When you get to your unloading area, one person must remain in the car while our move-in volunteers unload your items and assist you with bringing your items to your room. Please do not leave your car unattended.
Our goal is to get the items out of your car within a few minutes of arrival to your unloading area. When all your items have been unloaded, you will be directed to one of the following areas to park.
Your car will only be allowed once through our unloading process in order to keep the move-in flow of traffic going.
