Initial Human Subjects Research Training

There are different training courses in CITI to choose from for Human Subject research. Please choose the correct learner course that fits your specific research. 

Training must be completed every three (3) years (initial and refresher courses) and researchers must achieve an 80% or higher on each course.

Initial human subjects research expires every three (3) years. Researchers can either re-complete the initial training courses listed above or complete the abbreviated (also known as "refreshers") training courses listed below. It is the researcher's responsibility to ensure that all research personnel are current on their CITI training.
