Helping students in their job searches can result in unanticipated illegal or unethical actions. BE CAREFUL. The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) has developed a faculty guide that addresses these issues. It explicitly addresses the issues surrounding candidate referral. Faculty and staff should also avoid screening candidates for employers.

Candid Career Videos: Provider of 6,000+ informational interviews featuring industry professionals. Have students watch interviews of people in careers they are considering!
