Beverly Stewart

“The College of Health Professions gave me opportunities that helped to expand my horizons in nursing. NKU was the best avenue for what I wanted to accomplish in my career.”

Beverly Stewart is a three-time alum from NKU graduating with Nursing, ASN (‘78), Nursing, BSN (‘94) and Nursing, MSN (‘98).

Beverly is currently a retired Nursing Manager at St. Elizabeth Healthcare.

Her favorite professors are between Denise Robinson and Margaret Anderson because they encouraged and helped her immeasurably in getting through her thesis.

Beverly’s advice for nursing students would be to hang in there! Nursing is a great profession to go into and if you have the heart for others, you will have many precious moments taking care of others. Good luck!
