“NKU can and will change your life if you allow it to.”
Daniel Ginn graduated from NKU in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership.
Dan just returned from a summer in Switzerland interning at Franklin University Switzerland. Now that he is back, he will continue to work towards his Master of Science in Student Affairs and Higher Education at Miami University, where he also works as a Graduate Resident Director overseeing a community of second year students.
He says that he can’t imagine his life without NKU and the impact our community has had on who he is. NKU gave him the opportunity and support to be himself, which inspired him to pursue a career in Student Affairs in order to give back and help students live authentic, meaningful lives.
Dan’s advice to students is whether you join an organization, have an on-campus job, participate in research or attend athletic events, find a way to engage yourself with the community. Let yourself grow, build your network and take advantage of the opportunities surrounding you.
