Academic Advising
Used by advisors and administrators to access student information records and perform tasks related to the advising and course registration processes. Training is required before access to the tab will be granted.
Biller Direct Tuition Payment and Statement
Used by students to view and make payments to student bursar accounts via electronic check or credit card. For questions regarding the functions available on this tab, contact Student Account Services at 859-572-5204.
Budget Planning (BI-IP)
Used by administrators during the annual budget planning process to allocate and verify unit budgets. Access to the Budget Planning tab is only available during a specific period of time, usually in May. For questions regarding the functions available on this tab, contact the Budget Office at 859-572-5345.
Business Explorer (BW)
Used by faculty and staff to access the Business Warehouse (BW) reporting features of myNKU, including the BEx Web Analyzer, BEx Portfolio folders, and individual user Portfolio folder. This link leads to the BW process-based page, which holds information regarding the BW tool and the queries which can be run within it.
Employee Self-Service
Used by faculty, staff and student employees to view and update personal information related to their employment at NKU.
FI Requests
Used by administrators to request a new NKU Foundation account, University cost center or process an Interdepartmental Bill and Recode.
Financial Aid

Manager Self-Service
Used by administrators to view and update employment information, generate Personnel Action Requests (PARs), and manage the annual compensation planning process.
SAP GUI
Used by faculty and staff to access the transactional side of myNKU for entry and monitoring of financial, human resource, and student system documents and reports.
Student Administration
Used by faculty and staff to view and access student administration information, such as class rosters, grade and attendance reporting, and course schedule construction.
Processes for Students
Used by students to view and access academic information and processes, such as advisor, hold, catalog, degree audit, grade and transcript information, as well as course registration and application to graduate.
My Inbox
Used by faculty and staff to view and access workflow items which require approval.
