Dear Colleagues:
A little more than a week ago, we had the privilege of celebrating the achievements of more than 1,900 new NKU graduates from the Class of 2022. We congratulate them as they go onward into the world to pursue fulfilling careers and lead meaningful lives. Commencement reminds us of the impact we have on the lives of learners and NKU’s indispensable contribution to the region.
My sincere gratitude to the faculty, staff and students who made this memorable event possible for our graduates. Countless individuals contribute to making these days a success, including those who helped throughout the years as these graduates reached for their dreams. Student success is everyone’s priority at this university and that commitment is never more evident than at commencement.
I remain inspired by your focus, determination and empathy this past year. The university will be vibrant this summer as we host the Governor’s School for Entrepreneurs June 12-July 2 and again from July 10-30, along with orientation events for future NKU students and summer camps. Finally, I hope you will join us at Fall Convocation on August 15 as we kick off the new academic year.
Thank you for all that you do for NKU, its students and the region. I hope you have a safe, restful and enjoyable summer and have many opportunities to spend time with your family and friends.
